BVOR: Blended Visa Office-Referred Program
The Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program combines government and private support to resettle refugees. UNHCR-referred refugees are matched with private sponsors, and responsibility is shared between the government and the sponsoring group.
How BVOR Works

Application Process
- UNHCR identifies refugees — for BVOR matching

- Arrival — refugee arrives to combined support
