Human Capital Priorities — How It Works
This is OINP's most popular stream:
- You must be in the Express Entry pool (FSW or CEC)
- OINP searches the pool for candidates who meet their criteria
- If selected, you receive a Notification of Interest (NOI)
- You have 45 days to apply to OINP
- If approved, receive Provincial Nomination → +600 CRS points
